Nice apartment, 10 minutes from the cascata delle Marmore, excellently furnished ground floor, quiet location 200 m. the basilica of s. Valentino and approximately 2 miles. from the town centre and the Santa Maria hospital. an entrance/living room kitchen, 2 rooms for a total of 4 beds (possibility of extra bed) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. parking space.

Ideal as p. to rest to visit areas of interest in the surrounding area: Narni, Sangemini, Carsulae, Marmore waterfalls where you can putting green rafting, Lake Piediluco and all the picturesque towns of the Valnerina as Arrone, one of the ' most beautiful villages in Italy, Ferentillo, Scheggino where you can enjoy the precious truffles or climb on cliff.

In addition to about 200 m. gym with swimming pool and tennis, typical restaurant and shopping area, playground and trail runners.
