The apartment is located in the prestigious Tuscan farmhouse totally renovated 1800 's in 2005. The farm is located in the Gulf of Follonica around 4 km from Riotorto, 10 km from Piombino and Elba, 15 km from Follonica. Distance from the sea, the East coast of the Gulf of Follonica, is approximately 3 km. Furnished and equipped with everything you need! The apartment is part of the Fattoria di Franciana, an imposing and majestic property between wheat fields, surrounded by a park with plants and herbs, ideal for those seeking tranquility, only 10 minutes from the sea and the main towns of the area.
Within a farm, fully fenced, guest are available # 2 swimming pools (for adults and children) equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, tennis court, 2 gazebos with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, barbecue to prepare 4 barbecues.

“Sehr schöne Wohnanlage mit allem Drum und Dran”
Toskana, immer wieder. Super Wohnanlage mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Sehr großer Pool mit Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen. Sogar mit Grillplatz. Die unsere Wohnung hatte auch alles zu bieten. Sogar WLAN.
