Fully restored building with traditional materials.
The charm of this small apartment is surely his welcoming personality.
The accommodation is equipped with modern kitchen, equipped with gas hob, fridge, sink, crockery and living area with sofa bed.
The feature staircase leads to the mezzanine that accommodates the sleeping area features a double bed.
From the mezzanine level leads to two North-facing balconies and views of the mountains and surrounding forest.
A comfortable accommodation completes washroom with shower and hot water.
You will be welcomed personally by me or a member of my family and the system will display tableware and household utensils.
Possibility to contact me at any time.
It requires respect for the furnishings and objects in the House.
The House has a private entrance, the courtyard and the garden are in common use and requires respect for people who live near and share those spaces.
No pets are allowed and smoking is permitted in the apartment.
Lettinno possibilities for children and extra bed with sofa bed in the living room (a double bed) on request it is possible to arrange transportation to and from the train station and/or on-site excursions.
You can also agree on the use of bicycles.
Heating with a wood stove where you must agree beforehand on the ignition.
There is a rarccolta of waste.
In the village there is a leisure club which is a bar and a playground for children.
At certain times there is a regular bus service to the town centre and the train station of Bussoleno, San Giorio di Susa is located 1.5 Km from the exit of the highway to Belgrade's 32 Torino-Bardonecchia motorway (Autostrada del Frejus) half way between Turin and France.
In the country, at 2 km from the village, there are Jacks all primary services such as post office, pharmacy, grocery stores, bars, pizzeria, hardware, etc.
Every Saturday morning you can buy local produce at the farmers market.
the village is close to the historical and cultural places of the Susa Valley such as the Sacra di San Michele, Fort of Exilles of Bramafan, etc.
For mountain lovers many trekking routes (direct links), path for MTB, ski the Olympic Mountains and mountaineering.
Possibility of excursions on important routes such as Colle delle Finestre, dellAssietta, Moncenisio, etc.
The Cottian Alps that surround the village are home to many peaks over 3000 m which monte Orsiera, Amben teeth, Roncia and the mountain of Rocciamelone in which takes place the famous ' triple competition vertical kilometer K3. The House is also at the foot of the Orsiera park Rocciavre ' and a short walk from the nature reserve Orrido di Foresto and Chianocco and Xerotermica Oasis in the Valley of Susa. I mean you can take short walks or important and challenging hiking or just relax and enjoy the tranquility of the place.
