Fully equipped villa with capacity for 9 people, near the beaches of Nazaré, salted, walls of Vitória and São Martinho do Porto (15 minutes by car).
It is located at 2 km from the historic center of the city of Alcobaça, famous for its Monastery which dates back to the 16th century. XII. Inside: 1 Suite, 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 toilet, dining room, living room and kitchen.
Outside: barbecue with dining area, 500 m 2, rear Patio Garden.
The property features: cable TV, Internet, a/c in every room, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge side by side, iron and ironing board, and other small appliances.
Access to Motorway: A8 node to 6 Km, and the 2 Km IC9 node to House is a great base for exploring the coast of silver. The historic towns of Alcobaça (2 Km), Battle (20 Km) and Fatima (40 Km) and the village of São Martinho do Porto (25 Km), the fishing village of Nazaré (12 Km) are a short drive away, as well as the village of Óbidos (40 Km) with its walled castle and cobbled streets.
For golf enthusiasts, the Praia D'El Rey Marriott Golf & Beach Resort and BOM SUCESSO-Architecture Resort, Leisure & Golf can be reached in 40 minutes by car.
