The apartment is located in the historic center of Lerici, has a large private garden where you can spend pleasant days and evenings which is furnished with a table and deck chairs with a marble sink and small barbecue, there is a nice grassy lawn and it can rest in the shade of fruit trees. The house is old, stone, was recently renovated, is composed of a living room with kitchen, is equipped with many appliances, fridge freezer, electric oven and microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, a folding table for 6 people , a double sofa bed separable into two beds; in the other room there is a double bedroom with LCD TV and decoder, dvd player usb, speakers; the bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and window. The apartment is very convenient for shopping and get in the major seaside resort of Lerici with its sandy beaches, Fiascherino, Tellaro, Cinque Terre easily accessible by public transport and the marina; the bus stop is 50 meters, its proximity to the shops and restaurants makes this apartment ideal for a relaxing holiday being able to avoid the use of private vehicles, the sea is 400 m, within walking distance (10 minutes through pedestrian street) or the shuttle bus. Heating / hot water is autonomous. The apartment is available for months or weeks, prices vary according to the period.
