Très Beau T3 de 75 m2, dans une résidence calme, sécurisée avec 1 place de parking privée. Appartement moderne, climatisé, entièrement équipé + WIFI, avec une terrasse couverte de 50m2 plein sud sans vis à vis, dans un quartier très recherché, La fourragère/St Barnabé.

Cuisine ouverte sur un salon, séjour très agréable, avec coin repas.

2 chambres spacieuses et lumineuses sont équipées de penderies

Tous les transports, Bus, métro, tramways reliant en quelques minutes, le vieux port, le centre ville, les plages et tous les sites à visiter, sont à proximité immédiate de la résidence, ainsi que tous les commerces et supermarchés.

Par la nouvelle voie rapide vous atteindrez les plages du Prado ou du prophète en 10mn.

Nous sommes à 3 mn de l’autoroute menant à Cassis et la côte d’Azur

Dans le périmètre, parcs et jardins avec espace vélos pour petits et grands, jogging etc...Pour la détente, un bowling est à 2 pas de la résidence..

Draps, serviettes de toilette, sèche cheveux, table et fer à repasser sont fournis..

Les réservations pour Juillet et Aout doivent se faire du samedi au samedi

You Will find some grocery stores near The apartment.

Pour vos déplacements dans la ville, vous avez le choix entre le bus dont l’arrêt se trouve devant la résidence, le Tramways a 100m où le métro. La voiture n’est pas nécessaire pour la ville

Afin de rendre Le séjour des vacanciers plus intéressant, nous avons noté quelques adresses utiles sur les sites à visiter, les restaurants que nous vous conseillons ou ceux à éviter, Nous avons pris auprès du syndicat d’initiative quelques documents qui pourraient vous être nécessaires.
