Il existe bien sûr une multitude de villas à louer en Provence. Pourtant, de l’avis unanime, celle-ci n'est pas comme les autres. Autant le savoir, il y a de grandes chances que vous en tombiez vous aussi amoureux…
Un panorama exceptionnel sur la Provence
De par sa situation géographique unique, en première ligne, la villa offre un panorama exceptionnel sur le Parc Naturel du Lubéron, Gordes, les Monts du Vaucluse et le Mont Ventoux. Les couchers de soleil, observés depuis la terrasse un apéritif à la main, y sont simplement inoubliables.
Le village accessible à pied
L’exclusivité ne signifie pas l’isolement: que ce soit pour aller acheter les croissants et la baguette du petit-déjeuner, faire les courses à la supérette ou chez le boucher, se rendre à la poste ou encore à la pharmacie, tout est à proximité: inutile de prendre la voiture: les commerces et restaurants du village sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes seulement.
Un design contemporain
Parce qu’il n’est pas impossible d’aimer à la fois le style de vie provençal et le design contemporain, la villa sait parfaitement concilier les deux. Elle a été récemment totalement rénovée et entièrement décorée dans un esprit au design contemporain.
Une piscine chauffée et un jardin généreux et protégés
Parce qu’en Provence on est souvent dehors, la villa s’accompagne d’un vaste jardin planté et arboré de 2600 m2 et d’une piscine à débordement chauffée de 10 m par 5 m (ouverte de mai à octobre). Tous les deux isolés des regards indiscrets, ils garantissent une parfaite intimité et offrent de nombreux espaces ombragés comme ensoleillés où profiter de la vue à 270°, confortablement installé dans un fauteuil ou une chaise longue.
Une vaste capacité d’accueil
Avec ses trois salon-salles à manger, ses deux cuisines, ses cinq chambres et ses cinq salles de bain, la villa permet d’accueillir dans le plus grand confort jusqu’à dix personnes. Mais du fait de sa modularité, elle sait aussi s’adapter à un accueil moins nombreux: en réservant leur propre niveau, deux ou quatre personnes s’y sentent de la même façon parfaitement à l’aise.
