LOVELY LOFT of 35 mq. located on the ground floor of a building early '900 completely renovated, independent, friendly, quiet; it is a great space where upstairs you can find a modern, comforteble double bedroom and downstairs there is the living area with a kitchen corner well equipped and a large sofa bed (good for 2 people), bathroom.
Kitchenette is furnished in modern style and equipped with TV, fridge, microwave, heat pumps, washing machine, iron with boiler ... internet wireless free....and all you need for a good staying.
In 10-minute walking, you'll reach the main shopping streets, but also to the sea garden of the Foro Italico (for walking, running, sunbath, reading), Villa Giulia, the Botanical Gardens, markets Vucciria and Ballarò, the historic buildings of turistic interest (Abatellis Palace Complex and the St. Anne’s Modern Museum in Via Alloro, STERI Palace and MerloPalace in Marina square), the Cathedral, the Torment CHURCH(seat of the former church school Musuc Jazz in Palermo) and the Oratorio dei Bianchi (recently restored ).
The neighboorhhod is very typical and safe, it show traditional Sicilian culture and here is possible to eat typical street food..........offering a great choice to two steps from the apartment.
In 15 min. (on foot) you'll reach the central station, the terminus for all buses and those that connect the city with the airport.
We are in the heart of the historic center of Palermo, but at the same time close to the Foro Italico, so if you want to visit the old town you move easily walk (and I recommend it!). Otherwise you take the road that runs along the fast sea and avoid "face" of the city traffic.
