Description

Dans une Maison individuelle avec jardin, située pres du parc de DIsneyland Paris, je propose 2 chambres à la location en formule B&B.

sur de courts sejours; ( maximum 3 nuits)

Une chambre peut recevoir un couple et un enfant, + lit bebe possible.

l'autre chambre peut recevoir un couple. Lit de bébé possible.

Les deux chambres peuvent être idéalement louées à une famille ou un groupe d'amis.

Une seule salle de bain avec douche est à votre disposition, ainsi qu'un wc séparé.

Draps et serviettes de toilette seront fournies; le petit dejeuner est servi entre 8h et 9H30h, maison non fumeurs.

Attention, vous n'allez pas louer toute la maison , mais seulement les chambres pour une nuit ; vous ne pourrez pas cuisiner, ni rester dans la maison dans la journée.

Transfert possible depuis la gare TGV de Disney ou la gare RER de Serris

et navette possible pour le parc Disney ou Val d'Europe pour 8€ le trajet pour 3 pers. maximum. et 9€ le trajet pour 4 personnes maximum.

Situation :

Petite ville de 11000 habitants, à 10mn en voiture du parc Disney, 20 mn en bus.

quartier résidentiel, composé de maisons individuelles , tranquille et silencieux, à proximité de parcs et chemins de promenade .

Excursions et loisirs :

Disneyland à 3 kms, shopping à Val d'Europe et Shopping Village, aquarium Sea Life à 2 kms, Paris à 40 mn en RER, château de Versailles à 70 kms, château de Vaux le Vicomte à 50 km et Fontainebleau à 60 kms.
