Description
This small private complex ideally situated on a quiet road close to Praia da Oura in Albufeira. The award winning blue flag beach at Santa Eulalia and golden sandy beach of Praia da Oura are both just a short walk away, and offer water sports such as water skiing, pedal boats and restaurants and bars. Also within easy walking distance is 'The Strip', where there is a fabulous choice of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The location is ideal for anyone looking for great night-life without being in the middle of the action.
The complex set over three floors offers a large outdoor pool (18m x 7m) and a separate children's pool, all surrounded by a terrace and grass area to relax in. The complex is fully enclosed with automatic gates.
This two bedroom and two bathroom apartment is located on the first floor. It is well equipped and tastefully decorated. The apartment has Wi-Fi and is air conditioned throughout.
Living accommodation
The Lounge / dining area is comfortably furnished with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed (that could sleep one child )(an airbed can be provided for another child, allowing the occupancy to increase to six in total)). There is a flat screen TV with a selection of English speaking cable channels and a DVD player with a selection of DVD´s. Double patio doors lead out to a lovely balcony with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the lovely pool and garden view.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a seating area. There is an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Patio doors lead out to a shared balcony with bedroom two furnished with a small table and chairs overlooking the gardens at the front of the property.
Sleeping accommodation
The master bedroom is a double with fitted wardrobes and patio doors to a step on balcony with views over the pool and garden. The en suite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower.
Bedroom two is a twin with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out to the balcony it shares with the kitchen overlooking the gardens at the front of the property. Bedroom two has use of the adjacent shower room located in the entrance hall, with newly fitted walk in shower.
Please note:
- We have three other apartments in this complex as well, ideal for larger parties and extended families wanting to be near each other yet with their own space.
- There are no lifts in this complex.

“Fantastic week in great accommodation”
Stayed for a week with teenage children. Apartment was clean and incredibly well equipped with much needed air con in all rooms and wifi. Pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds. Sharon and Carol were so helpful and prompt with everything and the complex was spotless, close to everything you could need but away from the hustle and bustle - minor niggle was that we had only one set of keys but other than that I couldn't recommend this highly enough

“Lovely apartment, lovely location”
Apartment was in an excellent location with 4 or 5 really nice restaurants at the top of the street. Also ten minutes walk to the nicer end of the strip with more nice restaurants and plenty of bars/clubs. Balconies on both sides of apartment so shade or sun always available. Pool is great with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. Apartment very secure with safety deposit box etc, well equipped and spacious. Air con in both bedrooms and living room. Ensuite and bathroom both excellent. Two beaches are a leisurely fifteen minute walk. Car hire, restaurants,bars, ticket office and supermarket all five mins walk. Nice and quiet at night. Old town accessible in bus or 40 min walk. We will definitely be back!
