This compact detached lodge is situated in a private corner of the South Lakeland Leisure Village, which benefits from excellent on-site facilities and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Brook Edge Lodge is a compact, detached lodge situated in a private corner of the South Lakeland Leisure Village, which benefits from excellent on-site facilities and can sleep four people. This all ground floor cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a front decked patio with furniture. Brook Edge Lodge is a lovely holiday cottage.
Note: Additional charges for use of leisure facilities as follows. Individual adult £10 per day, £26 for 3 days and £50 per week. Individual child £6 per day, £16 for 3 days and £30 per week. Family pass (up to 2 adults and 3 children) £20 per day, £56 for 3 days and £120 per week. Under 4s free of charge. Note. The park is closed from 6th of January till the 12th of February.

Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, shared laundry room on site, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi is only available in the bar and restaurant areas on the site. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front decked patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub on site. Note: Property accessed by 4 steps so may be unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. Note: Lake on site and brook to rear and side of the lodge, children to be supervised at all times. Note: There may be some minor road noise experienced.
