Alghero appartamento attrezzatissimo e funzionale, tutti i conforts a 350 metri dalla spiaggia del Lido di San Giovanni, in zona servitissima, vicino a mercato negozi di vario genere alimentari e non lontano da ristoranti, pizzerie , caffetteria e bars, stazione treni e farmacia.Al secondo piano con ascensore per disabili è composto da: salone/soggiorno, cucina abitabile con tutti gli elettrodomestici, tre camere letto doppie, (con possibilità di terzo letto o culla a richiesta). Due bagni: uno con vasca/doccia e l'altro con doccia . 3 spaziosi terrazzini, con sedie e tavolini. Distanza dal centro storico: 20 minuti a piedi o 5 minuti in autobus.

La spiaggia si trova a 350 metri.

Fornita bianchertia da letto gratuitamente. Extra: pulizia finale, tassa di soggiorno e consumi elettrici dietro lettura del contatore.

All'arrivo verrà chiesto un deposito cauzionale di 120 euro che verrà restituito alla fine del soggiorno, salvo eventuali danni.

Alghero: furnished and functional apartment located at 300 meters from the beautiful beach of Lido San Giovanni, near shops and restaurants. On the second floor with lift. A large living room, kitchen fully equipped, a double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds . Possibility of a third bed in 1 room. 2 bathrooms:one with small bath (with the opportunity to take a shower or adults than children).The other with shower. 3 spacious balconies.Distance from the historical district and the harbour: 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by busChairs in the balcony and a small table. Beach chairs and umbrellas available on request.

Bed linen offered free of charge. Towels on request for a fee. Extras: final cleaning (60 euros), tourist tax (0.50 € per day and person), electricity consumption after reading the meter. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 120 euros will be requested, which will be returned at the end of the stay, barring any damage
