Roses on the Water Beach House has all you need to be your sanctuary. Be the first to experience this Prince Edward Island haven in its debut. While many modern amenities have been added to this original farm house with a complete home renovation in 2014, the charm of this century farm property has not been lost. It has all you need to be your home away from home.

With a secluded sandy beach just a short 5 minute stroll away, you will go from morning coffee to morning dip in minutes. You will enjoy your breakfast overlooking the beautifully picturesque North Lake and head down to the North Lake Harbour to bring home some fresh fish or lobster to throw on the BBQ for lunch or dinner.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If HEATHER (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
