The Perch at Moon Dance - Modern Waterview Luxury

Madeira Park log cabin

1 bedroom / 1 bathroom / sleeps 4

“Music. Tea. Eagles soaring by. Toasty fire. Huge bath by the window. Am I in heaven? Ill be back! Just MAGIC” I love the design. I want to design my home like this. We had the most magical, nourishing, relaxing, fun time at Moon dance. Its like a wild life sanctuary! The time of year was perfect with the frosty leaves and huge eagles welcoming us as we arrived. I love the way the huge bath is right near the big window....high ceilings, yummy fire, great cds, massive balcony, amazing art on all the walls. Very comfy bed. We slept so well. We left so inspired, refreshed and alive!

Vancouver house

4 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms / sleeps 10

“Impeccable accommodations” We came to Vancouver for a family visit and could not have been luckier to stay at Haddon House. It was beautifully appointed, well stocked and centrally located to our needs. Our hosts, Johannes & Marie-Louise were delightful and most helpful. The proximity to Deer Lake was a bonus for lovely walks and biking. All in all, a top notch experience.

Lantzville b&b

“We'll be back!” If you're looking for someplace with attentiveness to all the details and more, Ele's Escape is it! Pet-friendly was my first clue it would be wonderful. But I had no idea the food would be so spectacular, the guest room filled with unexpected fun and comfort ( think amazing chocolate, homemade cookies, soft robes and lots more...). The bed was soo soft and cozy, the ocean within view and a 1 minute walk and the hosts incredible. Informative, welcoming and fun, they are some of the best we've experienced. A fantastic place to rejuvinate and play! Click on that reserve button and give yourself (and your pup!) a great gift! Mary M.

“Clean, spacious, family-friendly condo” My family and I rented this 2-bdrm, 2bath condo for 4 days in July. It had everything that you could possibly need, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a wonderful jacuzzi tub in the master ensuite. Hotel was top-notch, the staff very accommodating and helpful. We were also thrilled to see that we were a short distance from the pool, very convenient when you have kids. Would definitely stay again!

Spanish beauty in Vancouver, BC! Now Booking for Summer! Free Parking and WiFi!

Vancouver apartment

2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 4

“Amazing View, Great Area...” Was a great Vacation Home, AMAZING VIEW, walking distance to many attractions, shopping on Robson street, Yale town, Gastown. Bike rentals outside the door, quick access to ride the seawall to Kitsalano Beach, Stanley park. Sky train out the back door, on bus route. This Condo has everything you can think of needing and even more! Was super hot while we were there, the two AC units they have worked great, kept us cool to sleep. We were in Vancouver to visit with Friends and Family, one of our Son´s and his wife stayed with us. The only thing I would like to make note of Is this, the description say two bathrooms, I visualized two separate bathrooms, we did not even care if it was just a half bath but what it actually is, one bathroom off master suite, with a Beautiful big bath tub and toilet and a large shower, with amazing shower heads, which both bathrooms shared. So it was open to each side, no sound privacy ! For us it was ok, as we are family, may be something to note if you are travelling/staying with people you are not Real close with! I Highly recommend this rental property and will most certainly rent it again. The host we met, Carmela, was Great. Met us at the condo, our flight was late in the evening, and was still there to greet us! So friendly and helpful!

Kicking Horse Kabins - Bespoke log home with private hot tub

Golden house

3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / sleeps 8

“Outstanding,” I have stayed twice at this lodge, firstly just after it opened and latterly this February. We took a week here en route to see friends at Williams Lake. We were warmly greeted and nothing was too much trouble for Karen and Peter, the lodge was immaculate when we arrived, and they both took the time to check we had all we needed throughout our stay without being intrusive. The rooms are stylish and comfortable but totally in keeping with the lifestyle. The huge hot tub was a great boon after skiing and is the best maintained I have ever used, immaculate! The lodge faces out to beautiful vistas of the Rockies and is within easy reach of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort which has some stupendous ski runs and fantastic snow. It is a short drive to the local town of Golden and the trans Canada highway and took us just three hours from our arrival at Calgary airport. We will be going back.

Qualicum Beach cottage

1 bedroom / 1 bathroom / sleeps 4

“Relax in perfect suroundings and accomadation.” This is the most well kept and presented accomadation we have stayed in. Our hosts Andy and Sandy gave a very warm welcome and put us at ease with their friendliness and knowledge of the area. The accomadation is attached to their property but gave an isolated and very private feel to the property. The property is located in a very quiet neighbourhood with private beach acess. We would not hesitate to return to this accomadation and to recomend it.

The relaxing location with the water so close by allowed us to rest and read. The owners, Mary and Ian, are friendly and helpful hosts who have many suggestions for places to see and restaurants to sample. We will go back!

Crescendo at Big White: an Executive Rental of Unparalleled Excellence

Big White house

6 bedrooms / 5 bathrooms / sleeps 22

“Amazing Place for a Wedding!” Crescendo was the perfect place for our wedding, which we held just before Big White opened for its ski season. All of our guests just raved about the beautiful setting and about the spectacular chalet. We had over 80 guests throughout the chalet, with room to have invited a few more. The ceremony was beautiful in the Grande Room, with the picturesque view of the Monashees in the background. Everything went extremely smoothly thanks to the caretaker. The caterers were clearly at home with Crescendo’s large commercial Kitchen for preparing the food. The Media Room, with its separate bar area, was perfect for serving refreshments, and we were able to stream our personalized slide show to the big screen in that room. There was ample space for everyone to mingle and dance throughout the night, and oh did we dance! With the ceremony, the reception, and the accommodation all under the same roof, Crescendo was the perfect place to have our all-in-one event. Crescendo helped us to create the stylish, yet intimate, atmosphere we had wanted, resulting in our special day being even more elegant and beautiful than we had hoped. All of our guests and families just loved Crescendo. What more can I say? We highly recommend Crescendo for anyone looking for a special and unique setting for a wedding, or for just about any celebration. We will have fond memories of this chalet for the rest of our lives. Krista and Cal

Bear Valley Highlands Wilderness retreat - Cabin 1

Lumby house

1 bedroom / 1 bathroom / sleeps 6

“Spectacular wilderness get away...refreshing” I was vacationing along with 5 family members from all across Canada. We arrived after a beautiful scenic drive from Calgary to be welcomed by Barbara in a way that we felt home, safe and amoung family. The log cabins are spectacular, very clean and everything you need to be comfortable. The view from every window was breathtaking and different and even when the cows come visiting you are happy to see them. The cabins are located off the main highway near Lumby BC but not to the point of feeling isolated. The drive up the mountain to Bear Valley is breath taking and exciting, up-down and around but more than worth the climb. We spent a week of what I would call inner peace and tranquility just having fun with each other, nights of non-stop talking and laughing, running into the cabin when suspicious noice heard by side of the cabin or miserious noices coming from the meadows. Life is good in the wild. Then came Barbara on two occassions with wonderful homemake cake which we all fought for the last morsels. Barbara & Jurgen her husband made us feel like one of the family giving us greens from their organic garden and the pleasure of meeting Wanya their dog who also made our stay that much more memorable(visited on a day basis). If getting away from computer/cell phones and spending memorable time making wonderful memories with loved ones this is the place... Thank you Barabara ans Jurgen and my family will definitely be back in the near future.

Seaside Cottage 2 bedrooms on the Ocean, hot tub, gas fireplace, furnished deck

Campbell River log cabin

2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom / sleeps 6

“Right on the beach” I have stayed here often and every time it has been awesome. The hot tub on the front deck is located for privacy and the view is spectacular from inside or out. The cottages are bordered by evergreens on each side of the property, there are only two cottages on the property so booking far in advance is a good idea. A small mall is just a few hundred yards away, with a grocery store, pub and liquor store, drugstore and more

“Better than I expected” I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful both the cabin and the surroundings were. It was perfectly tranquil and comfortable. Beautiful views inside and out. The decor was impressive as well as the quality of the cabin. I was hoping for artistic inspiration during my stay and was treated to a better experience than I had imagined Great hosts, no hastle or disruption, couldn't ask for more.

About British Columbia

From sweeping seas to soaring mountains, the Canadian province of British Columbia is a naturally spectacular place. Here, pristine forests blanket the rugged Pacific coast, flanked by a backdrop of snow-capped mountains. In addition to its natural beauty, BC is home to some of Canada's most cosmopolitan destinations, particularly the large and lovely city of Vancouver. With great cuisine, a growing arts scene, and lots of charming neighborhoods to explore, Vancouver has become an international destination of choice.

In the winter, you can come to British Columbia for world-class skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, snow tubing, and ice skating in and around the gorgeous mountain ranges of the Rockies. In the summer, you can go rafting, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, bird watching, deep sea diving, kayaking, and mountain biking. The region is also among the most famous in Canada for golfing. If you'd like spend a day on the green, there are 25 courses in the Kootenay Rockies alone. With its clean and cosmopolitan cities, scenic wilderness, and unspoiled coast, you could spend a lifetime exploring British Columbia.

When planning your trip, consider these must-see destinations:

  • Victoria: British Columbia's capital, Victoria is filled with historic architecture, pretty gardens, cool cafes, and contemporary boutiques and galleries.
  • Nelson: A former mining town in the Kootenay Rockies, Nelson is home to a lively mix of people and a surprisingly upbeat cultural scene.
  • Whistler: Whistler has an amazing mountain for skiing, accompanied by an adorable small town.

-Vancouver Island: Much of the pristine wilderness on this beautiful Pacific island has been designated parkland by the Canadian government.

  • Okanagan Valley: With some of the sunniest weather in Canada, this pretty region is home to numerous wineries, golf courses, sandy beaches, and great restaurants.

If you are planning a trip to British Columbia, consider a vacation rental in one of the region's amazing cities or towns. An apartment rental or condo in downtown Vancouver can be a great way to enjoy a cosmopolitan vacation, while still enjoying the natural beauty of British Columbia's surrounding mountains and sea. A cabin in the town of Nelson or the Bella Coola Valley will give you unbeatable access to nature while a luxury villa or beach house along the British Columbia shoreline will put you on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Pacific Ocean.

Wildwood Lodge 316
Great value and location

Perfect set up for a ski holiday for my wife and I and our two sons. Convenient access to the Blackcomb gondola and Upper Village via a trail across the road, and a second trail uphill from the condo to return from hill. If trails are not your thing there is also a convenient shuttle stop directly in front. Plenty of space for gear both inside the condo and via a convenient ski check off the lobby. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, smart TVs in both the living room and master bedroom. Mountain view from living room, balcony & bedroom. Also good soundproofing, did not hear neighbors during most of our stay. Would definitely stay here again.see more

Better than expected!

Arriving at Russell and Christine’s house was a very pleasant surprise. They had soothing jazz music playing outside in the beautiful outdoor covered patio. You can tell they really care because they thought of everything you might need and were willing to get whatever we might need. From the breakfast foods left in the fridge, to the nightlight in the bathroom to the heating pad in the bedroom, to the games, every appliance you might need, they seemed to have thought of everything. We could have cooked anything we wanted with the fully stocked kitchen and barbecue. The patio was my favourite, such a peaceful oasis. The beds were very comfortable and the little details like extra charging ports on the nightstand and extra reading lamps were a bonus. We would definitely love to stay there again and longer, to have more time to ride the bikes and explore Oliver and maybe even do some laundry in the very nice washer and dryer provided. Russell and Christine were excellent hosts!see more

Couldn’t have picked a better location

Thanks again for such an awesome girls weekend in the woods. This location was perfect for our larger group of gals for a birthday party. We were rowdy and wild but in the silence of the wildness it was perfect for us! They had an entire field of different outdoor games as well as a large hot tub and beautiful lake 2 minutes walk from the house. The host was very helpful leading up to the vacation and had basically everything we needed at the house which helped eliminate a lot of extra packing (pots, plates, firewood, chairs, towels, board games etc). The host also built in a sound proof room so after hours we could still party it up without complaint. The host considered every detail and made our girls weekend a total success. We can’t wait to come back to this beautiful spot!see more
