Appartamento mq 110 in via Cataldo Parisio (Zona - Notarbartolo -Serradifalco- Zisa) Immobile luminoso in palazzo moderno e signorile secondo piano con portiere ed ascensore. Composto da: ingresso, salone, 2 camere da letto, bagno, ripostiglio, soggiorno con cucina in muratura + veranda. Arredato con mobili, aria condizionata, televisore, lavatrice e frigorifero. E' completamente e corredato di piatti, pentole, stoviglie, lenzuola, asciugamani, ... Tutte le stanze sono provviste di finestre o porta-finestre. L'appartamento e poca distanza dalla stazione Notarbartolo e a 10 min. dal dipartimento di Giurisprudenza Università della Lumsa a cinquecento metri dalla Via Notarbartolo e dalla Via Dante, ad un chilometro dalla Rotonda del Motel Agip dove troviamo il Parco Uditore all''interno del quale potersi svagare con la propria famiglia avvolti dal verde. Nelle vicinanze è possibile visitare la Villa Malfitano, la Villa Trabia, il Teatro Politeama, il Teatro Massimo e tutti i favolosi monumenti che sono presenti nel centro storico della città; la vicinanza a questi patrimoni culturali fa sì che ci siano numerosi, ristoranti, pub, pizzerie, bar-pasticcerie.
