Description
Newly renovated large Studio apartment on two floors in the old town of Genoa located in a building built in 1500 on medieval foundations. Ideal for family holidays or in pairs and is equipped with every comfort and equipped for a comfortable holiday. It is certainly the ideal starting point for visiting the city and the many tourist attractions that can be found just a few minutes from home: Aquarium of Genoa, Porto Antico, Eataly, San Lorenzo Cathedral, the Doge's Palace.
By car, by train and ferry from April 1 (which you will find on our doorstep) you can easily reach the magnificent ' Cinque Terre ' and the entire Riviera.In area you will also find restaurants and bars for all tastes. The local cuisine is present everywhere, but there are places that offer ethnic cuisine. I will be glad to suggest the most suitable for your needs.
The apartment is located in a pedestrian zone within walking distance to all public transportation. Two minutes from home you will find the parking lot of the old port. For longer stays the Board Marina Park a parking (400 m away) available at favorable rates.
Have a camping cot for children younger.
For your relaxing moments let available many books for children and adults. On request you can book extras such as additional cleaning and linen change made by trusted personnel.
As holiday homes we will ask you 1 €/gg per person (over 14 years) for the tax for which we will issue an official receipt.
On request it is possible to request an invoice for staying at ' the Rolli in Genoa.
