Enjoy the ultimate holiday experience in this stunning 3 bed 3 bath duplex home with it's own private garden and pool but also in a secure gated community just 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, etc and with onsite restaurant, shop, main pool, children's games room and playground.

In addition to the private pool guests have their own hot tub. From the upper bedrooms with full length balcony one can enjoy magnificent mountain and sea views with wonderful sunsets.

The community has an indoor heated pool , pool side bar and restaurant, shop, games room sauna, table tennis and tennis court.

The communal main pool has an adjoining children s pool and small playground. From the communal areas are wonderful uninterrupted mountain views.

Walk out to shops; etc, within 100 metres and the 11 miles of wide sandy beach is just a 7 minute walk at most.

We at Vacation Homes UK Ltd have for the last 7 years looked after homes and concentrate only private holiday homes in SIDE resort as we love Side and it allows us to offer our guests VIP services in resort shops, bars, restaurants, tours , etc.

Plus in addition to our 24/7 contact ability we employ full time managers to take care of guests in resort and to make sure the home is up to standard, ready to receive guests. They are just brilliant managers who will do anything for our guests 24/7. For your security all payments are placed in a special Royal Bank of Scotland Client account until after the holiday is over. Only then is payment released to the owner.

Prior to the start of a holiday guests receive a comprehensive pre holiday information pack to maximize enjoyment and save money during the vacation.

“Excellent apartment, private pool. superb complex - great you will not be disappointed”

Clean, modern and well equipped apartment Facilities first class, private pool was fantastic and jacuzzi hot tub on patio was lovely for the evenings great kitchen, 3 beds, 3 bathrooms could not ask for more. Small shop on site selling essentials more shops and and lovely restaurants within few minutes walk or you can catch the dolmus into Side town to see the ruins and harbour takes 10 mins and is really cheap. Beach is 15 mins walk. Restaurant on site really welcoming , serves great food and priced reasonably too. Turkish people so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Stayed with with 3 teenage children and we had a lovely time and would love to go back. Loved cheers bar which is a few minutes away on the bus or 20 mins walk but they will collect you if you call them loved, my teenagers loved the foam party there and food is good too.
