appartamento Colombo è caratteristico in quanto situato nel centro storico di Chiavari, in edificio storico interamente restaurato nel 2021, in zona pedonale a soli 300 metri dal mare e a pochi metri dalla linea autobus, ferroviaria e autostrada. Disposto su due livelli, dotato di aria condizionata, ha un ingresso con ampio salone dotato di balcone dispone di un divano letto a due posti, cucina a vista e al piano secondo una spaziosa camera da letto con bagno. Appartamento di nuova costruzione è dotato di 4 posti letto+ un lettino per bambini sino a 5 anni e di arredo moderno ideale per vacanza relax e amanti della spiaggia e del buon cibo. Il Centro storico offre ristoranti tipici di carne e pesce e negozi con le migliori griffe. Gli amici a 4 zampe sono ammessi su richiesta. A richiesta sono disponibili biciclette e garage coperto.

L'appartamento Colombo è situato nel cuore del centro storico in area personale ma raggiungibile in auto a pochi metri da casa per effettuare le operazioni di carico e scarico bagagli .A pochi metri hai tutti i servizi stazione ferroviaria fermate autobus ristoranti pizzerie bar e soprattutto le spiagge.favoloso

I turisti amano questo luogo perchè si trovano a loro agio e godono di un tranquillo relax

I turisti possono godere sia della comodità della città con varie scelte di ristoranti, bar, supermercati , negozi sia godere di tranquillità visto che l'appartamento è in zona pedonale e le auto non sono in movimento garantendo silenzio e relax, mentre nella strada adiacente le auto possono circolare liberamente.This apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Chiavari where Railway Station, bus stop is a few meters from the house. Tourists can enjoy both the comfort of the city with various choices of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and enjoyment as the apartment is in the pedestrian area and the cars are not in motion guaranteeing silence and relaxation while in the adjacent street Cars can circulate freely
