Nice apartment with independent entrance situated on the via Emilia crossing and along the wine road of the Etruscan coast, has new finishes and attention and is furnished and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay of a couple, a family or of a small group of friends. Has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a lounge living room with double sofa bed, small well equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with bath and/or shower. A large terrace with laundry area, from where you can appreciate the view.
Its position makes it the ideal home for different types of homes, able to meet the needs of all.
A few meters from the House a small market and a tobacco bar. To 8 km the Collesalvetti civic centre with supermarket, pharmacy, medical centre, playground, restaurants etc.
At 18 km from the coast of Livorno and reef 23 km from the sandy beach and from the famous "white beaches" of Emilia apartment and Go to the opposite coast to 50 km from the Versilia tourist.
Close to the main cities of art in Tuscany is 20 km from Livorno with its fortresses and canals and 21 km from Pisa and Piazza dei Miracoli, the leaning tower, the universities and the rich history, at 60 km from Lucca, 85 km from Florence and 100 km from Siena and along these roads, in one direction or the other is meeting with ancient villages like San Pietro in Palazzi , Volterra, San Gimignano and many others to explore. Those who want to enjoy the splendor of the Tuscan countryside with vineyards, olive groves and culinary delights in the road of wines and oils of the Etruscan coast, just an idea of what this wonderful and rich territory has to offer: the Chianti road and chianina beef, truffles of San Miniato, honey, meats and cheeses in cellars and served in trattorias , many in these areas.
