Coutances - Saint-Lô and 20 minutes from beautiful sandy beaches. In a wooded environment, this country house is an ideal place for green holidays. You will pass 7 people, a pleasant stay in this cottage renovated great comfort. The interior of the house is warm with exposed beams .The living room and kitchen are nicely decorated and invite you to share friendly moments. Well equipped, you have here all the necessary comfort for a successful holiday. 4 bedrooms, this home is perfect for family holidays and / or friends. . A nearby river also satisfy anglers, nature lovers and lovers of beautiful walks. Come for a relaxing stay, leisure or discovery luxuriate on the beaches of fine sand, take a breath of fresh air while practicing shore fishing, or go for a hike in the Soulles Valley. Enjoy the evening living room of 18 m2 in this renovated room. Take an aperitif or eat in the sun in the summer the new teak garden furniture with its seven seats under the parasol. Possibility of rented the house for courses stays outside school holidays. We propose to spend a weekend in Normandy, a region rich in tourism in the center of the English Channel near Mont-Saint-Michel, Villedieu and copper, Coutances and its Cathedral .. For the heating fees apply 1 November to 30 April 10 € uro per day.

“Excellent Stay, Amazing family”

We have just come back from a weeks stay at the Gite dArthour and what a fabulous week we have had. The family are amazing went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and really interacted with our children on the farm. It's so peaceful and quiet just what you need for a relaxing break and a good central location for exploring the local sites, we packed in a lot on our weeks holiday and Monsouir Turgis helped us out with best places to visit. Would definite recommend to others to stay. Thankyou for a wonderful holiday
