Villa with private waterfall pool and grate sea and mountain view. Close to dining and restaurants, the beach, and family-friendly activities. House have a 3 floors (total 300 sqm) with roof top terrace lounge/sala is designed for your holiday home in paradise, surrounded by Tropical life style. Place is good for couples, families (with kids) and groups.

The space:

1st floor is a kitchen, dinning area and massive living and entertainment area.

2nd floor have 2 big bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Both them them have beautiful mountains views.

3rd floor or roof top. Is a huge open area for sunbathing or BBQ grill from the roof you can see Kamala Beach.

All living room is air-conditioned. 1 big living room, 1 dining room, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. Also is hot tub is in master bathroom, lush tropical gardens and roof top terrace with twin sun loungers, table with 4 chair and BBQ grill. In bedrooms includes a full size daybed. In living room is 46" LCD. The kitchen has contains everything necessary for living etc.
