Experience a sense of light and space with excellent flow from numerous reception rooms to a tranquil leafy courtyard. A large salt-water pool, enjoy the outdoor lounge deck and entertainment area.
The villa is ideal for families, offering separate private living areas to retreat to.
This warm and inviting home exudes a relaxed feel and interesting creative space, styled with a romantic colonial influence.
The interior offers a variety of eight setting dining, alfresco or indoor; guests will be pleased to find the kitchen only continues the elegance.
A chef kingdom, the kitchen is well equipped with five-burner gas hob, a convection oven, an array of pots and utensils dishwasher, and calming garden view.
Every entertainer's dream, the living rooms with TV, a Hi-Fi and DVD player, open onto the patio with outdoor braai area and rustic country setting.
Along with views of the mountain and sea, the villa is ideally positioned in the upmarket Scott Estate in Hout Bay and is a five-minute walk from the beach and seaside restaurants. A short two-minute walk will lead you to the village where a variety of restaurants and shopping is on offer.

This 280-square meter house accommodates guests in four bedrooms, a lounge with fold-out double bed and three bathrooms, of which two are en-suite. The main bedroom has an extra length king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has an extra length queen-size bed. Two bedrooms, of which one is a loft room, each have one single bed (loft can be made up to twin beds). Seen as the fifth bedroom or third lounge, two additional guests can be accommodated in this room on a fold out double sleeper couch. There is a central bathroom with bath and hand-held shower. Guests can enjoy sea views from the top lounge while mountain views are enjoyed from all areas of the House. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the laundry has a washing machine. Please be advised that smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms.

“Excellent Darling Villa!”
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Darling Villa. Pam Nichols, the owner, was very helpful and informative and made sure to keep in touch with us all the time during our visit in case we needed help or advice. The villa was very well equipped and had a lovely pool.
