Each of the three bedrooms are large, spacious and offer guests the maximum discretion and room for private space. En-suite bathrooms including baths with every room complimented by a perfect blend of natural and designer lighting. Each of the three air-conditioned bedrooms are accessed by folding french glass doors, and are furnished with king size beds and built-in wardrobes.

Two of the bedrooms are located on ground level and one is located at the rooftop level. Embracing fresh white walls, cool creamy-white Palimanan floors, beautiful timber and white furnishings, and an abundance of space and natural light, the urban chic decor is a study in progressive minimalism.

Each bedroom is linked to its own spacious bathroom, fitted with a large stone soaking tub, twin washbasins, and a glass frosted cubicle housing a toilet and an indoor rain shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a safe and air-conditioning units. There is a satellite TV connection in all of the bedrooms.

“Not what we expected”

Response from the owner Unfortunately no matter how hard you try to assist someone with issues, whether founded or not, it can fail. These women were unhappy with the fact that the 4th bedroom that is brand new, was a different theme to the other 3 bedrooms. The bedroom has aircon, bathroom, a vanity with 3 cabinets for storage ( they did not check behind the mirror, and complained they left their toiletries on the floor ) as well as 2 windows. We have also only increased the rate by $20 to go from a 3 bedroom villa to a 4 bedroom villa, which gives it incredible value. They arrived late and possibly tired from a much delayed flight in a huge downpour that tripped the lighting not in the upstairs room, but the hallway to it. This was fixed the next day. This also tripped the water heater that was also fixed this morning. It just takes a little time for the hot water to flow, but if you are impatient by nature, this would be an issue. There is hot water to all of our bathrooms. The rubbish they claimed was in the bin, was only the plastic bags that held our flowers that were delivered for these guests. As soon as I heard they were unhappy, I sort an immediate solution, with an upgrade at no extra cost. Annie has not only exaggerated every part of her review, but has gone to great lengths to write many un truths also. Our doona is not "shredded" and we did put the couch in her room, thinking it would compliment the room for her and hoped it would make her stay more comfortable. We would like you to consider that no matter how hard you try to make a guest happy, at times you cannot. We also urge you to read the other reviews which show our property in a less biased light and not by someone who did not even book through trip advisor, but went out of her way to review us so poorly, even though we went above and beyond when we realised they were not happy with our 4th new bedroom.
