It features a small garden where you can sunbathe and a beautiful patio with barbecue for your dinner outdoors and your relaxation. The house is situated on the edge of the village, in a residential area well served. Among Baia Caddinas and Golfo Aranci before the Fifth beach with bathhouse. Conveniently within walking distance there are Bar, Supermarket, Grocery, Diving, Butcher, Restaurant Pizzeria, Boutique. At 50 meters it is one of the main beaches of the Gulf Hampton Beach, located right outside the house. While only a few minutes by car or on foot in 20 minutes, surpassing the characteristic village of Golfo Aranci, with its Porto recently renovated, you will find the Cape Nature Reserve Figari Cala Moresca and Figarolo. On the other side, again in a few minutes drive lies the Costa Smeralda, with its beautiful beaches and scenic landscapes to enjoy during the day and in the evening you can stroll in the charming ports of Costa Smeralda as Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, including exclusive clubs, discos and attractions for all ages. Going instead to Olbia immediately you will find the famous White Beach (5 min drive), and continuing a series of charming coves characteristics of the Sardinian territory and Pittulongu Beach. After Olbia (30 min drive) you will be in San Teodoro, with its beautiful beaches for surfers and its local children. Simply put this strategic point you have the option to choose the type of vacation that best works there, moving on foot or by car, to reach the ideal places for your stay perfect!
