Description
Large luxurious and charming house, with a development in the predominantly white and decor created by an architect, focused on the theme of the sea, hence the name: Vila Navy. In almost all parts of the house, there is a sea view Composition:. 5 bedrooms with doors (3 1 overlooking the garden on a terrace stunning views of the sea and 1 overlooking a small patio sub plex). All rooms have private bathroom. (5 bathrooms) - (12 beds) - Large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, living room, den with fireplace, dining room (12 people), patio. Porch with long table for 12 people, barbecue architected with fireplace and work plan. On the extension of the barbecue is a garden with aromatic herbs. 500m2 lawn garden with palm trees, oleanders, bougainvillea cypress and fig trees, large swimming pool with salt water, heated and lighted, a wave detector for the pool if necessary available. croquet for 4 people outside shower with cold water and hot water. Lounge / rooftop (outdoors) on the roof, which is accessed from the garden via an external staircase inserted into the architecture of the home, with partially fitted kitchen + plancha, bar, living room with sofas, armchairs and tables extra, large living dining table and raised bed of 2mx2m. One can also access the Masterbedroom. paved entrance courtyard where one enters through a portal equipped with a remote controlled gate that can accommodate a dozen cars. Considering that the house sleeps 5 couples (10 adults) with 2 children, each room is assigned a set of keys to access from the house as well as a remote control portal, allowing everyone to come and go its own way. Access, home, garden and pool were renovated during the first half of 2015. Therefore all the equipment of the house is new and latest technology.
