Covered decks front and back, with beautiful views.
Private swimming pool is positioned in a beautiful garden under a Milkwood tree.
The magnificent 180 degree views of spectacular sunsets and the twinkling lights of Maputo are visible from both upper and lower decks

History: Clive, the owner of the house, is one of the 1st of three shareholders in Santa Maria. This is the 2nd house, he's built on the strip. Transfers: Clive offers safe, competitively priced transfers for both his house and other homeowners in the area. His wealth of knowledge about the bay (some 30 years of experience) is highly respected.
