Appartement 4 pièces de 115 m² en rez-de-jardin d'une villa entouré d'oliviers, d'orangers, de citronniers, de mimosas situé à moins de 2 km des plages de la Côte d'Azur et du centre ville de Menton.
La campagne en ville ! Parking dans la propriété pour 2 ou 3 voitures. Terrasse avec table 8 pers., transats et barbecue exposé sud-ouest qui vous permettra de profiter du soleil toute l'année.
Climatisation installée dans les 3 chambres.
Tout confort, compris draps, serviettes, fer à repasser, sèche cheveux, wifi et ménage en fin de séjour.
Appartement non adapté aux soirées festives et animées.
Taxe de séjour à payer sur place.
Couchages : 1 chambre avec lit 160x200, 1 chambre avec lit 140x190, 1 chambre avec 2 lits 90x190 + 2 lits tiroirs 90x190, 1 canapé-lit dans salon. Nécessaire pour enfant en bas âge.

“Magnifique!”
We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Raymond and Cathy's beautiful gite in Menton. The gite is a single unit down a slight slope below their own home with a magnificent view over the mountains and the sea. Our hosts greeted us upon arrival and gave us an extensive tour of the gite which is very spacious and comfortably sleeps 6 (3 bedrooms) plus a sofa bed or two to accommodate more. It is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and the kitchen better equipped than my own at home! Loads of comfy chairs and sofas to fling yourself onto and also garden furniture and barbecue outside. Every little thing has been thought of such as an umbrella in case it rains and a shopping trolley if you fancy walking down the hill to the supermarket, otherwise it is a short drive. I recommend a car there. Raymond and Cathy and their little dog Kiara were perfect hosts and on hand for any problems. Just knock on their door! It is about 5 minute or so by car to the sea. Lots of restaurants along the promenade and you should also visit the Old Town to shop and eat. It is quaint. I also highly recommend a visit up the mountain to St Agnes and the wonderful restaurant there. Being on the Italian border, Menton is close to everywhere - you can be in Italy in 20 minutes. We visited San Remo and much of the Cote d'Azur. The old village of Nice and Monaco are really worth a visit but everywhere along the Coast is accessible from Menton and we did some nice day trips to Eze, Antibes and further. There is multi-channel TV but the English-speaking channels limited so it's best to bring along your iPad or Laptop for Amazon, Netflix, and the terrestrial channels (if you have a VPN like I do). It is a really chill place and very relaxing and highly recommend.
