Our beautiful property is located a few minutes from the center of Porto Rotondo and the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda. Composed of five independent villas, immersed in a park of lush greenery with typical Sardinian plants and granite rocks with bizarre shapes, our structure offers you an unforgettable location for your holidays in Sardinia. Our villas are unique for their design and for the refinement of details. The style that we are inspired by resumes the soft lines of the Costa Smeralda, but with a touch of Sardinian typicality that is reflected in the accessories of local craftsmanship and that makes our structure unique and welcoming. the large park at the center of the structure, rich in every type of plant of our rich local vegetation, is inhabited by an entire family of fantastic peacocks, chasing each other, bewitching our guests with the colors of their feathers and showing off their immense wheels . Here also lives a colony of nice turtles that come and go pacifically, a few hens and several birds. At the center of our park you will find a large swimming pool with a hydromassage corner and a counter-current swimming area. From a rock that serves as a trampoline, you can dive into the water, away from the summer chaos, or let you massage your back from the small waterfall set between our pink granites. At night the pool is tinged with seven colors thanks to the LEDs that illuminate it after sunset. This creates an ideal place for a romantic aperitif after sunset or for a special moment to spend with your family. Our structure has an agreement with all the services offered by the territory, from car rental, motorbike, canoe, quad, to all types of excursions by sea, land with local guides, jeeps, horses, ultralights and helicopters. We host various events weekly events such as cooking classes and theme nights. The attention we show in the care of our visitor makes us unique. Here, who enters guest, comes out a friend. VILLA NURAGHE The Villa of about 100sqm is located next to the Villa Roccia. It was so named because of its round shape and its stone cladding. This house has a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The room is accessed via a granite staircase. The kitchen is located between bedroom and living room and is equipped with oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. A small table offers space for two people. From here we arrive in the salon, very special, round with its chestnut beams. It is furnished with a dining table for six people, a comfortable sofa, TV and for every convenience you have a sofa bed for one and a half. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The living room serves as an entrance on one side and an exit on the terrace on the other. The terrace is built amidst breathtaking rocks. Here we have created a kitchen with stove and pizza oven, hot / cold water sink, which gives the possibility to cook under the open sky. The wooden gazebo houses a round table for 10 people. Next to the gazebo there is a private sun terrace with an outdoor hot / cold water shower. On the roof of the villa Nuraghe there is a panoramic Penthouse house that can be part of the same house or can be seen separately. We want our guests to feel at home and we expect them to treat our homes as if they were theirs, with care and respect. We ask you to respect all the common areas and the neighbors. We also ask to leave the house tidy on your departure and the kitchen in order. We request the supplement of 30.00 euros for kitchens left untidy and / or trash not thrown away. It is recommended to use all the equipment (air conditioning, lights and gas) in a conscious, polite and respectful, avoiding unnecessary waste.
