Description

Beautiful spacious apartment on the beachfront in the lovely suburb of Sea Point in Cape Town, South Africa. The apartment has a side sea view from the balcony.

The apartment has three bedrooms. Two have double beds and the third offers two single beds which can be made into one king size bed.

Two bathrooms each with shower. There is a bath in the family bathrooms. Two toilets. There is DSTV, wifi and a nespresso coffee machine.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, laundromats, and beaches.

The Hop on Hop off tourist bus stops right outside the building.

“Breathtaking Amazing Stay”

From the moment we arrived we were taken care of, we felt at home. This is a gem of an Apartment and everything was spotless and neat. The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped with beautiful décor. Location, location, location............... I would describe this Apartment to be located in the Millionaires Mile ! A beautiful stretch of beach and tidal pool is just across the road. Wish we could stay a few days longer ! We would certainly want to visit this establish again in the near future!

“Great Get-away”

The location was ideal. Our children were able be roam freely and safely with Uber always on hand. The Apartment was clean and comfortable, for our family of 5. Veronica serviced the apartment daily on our request. We found the owner to be approachable and helpful whenever we needed something. I would happily come back.

“Stunning holiday rental”

We rented the flat for a weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The accommodation is very clean and beautifully furnished. The coffee pods were a bonus. Gayle was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this rental and would definitely come back for a longer stay.

We expected, as promoted, a self-contained 3 bedroom apartment. It had no washing machine, dishwasher, and the oven was broken. There were various other shortcomings which individually were small but … More

Response from the owner Our advertising is very transparent. We do not mention anywhere that we offer a dishwasher and washing machine. Unfortunately the guest did not even inquire as to whether we offer those facilities and yet was very angry that they were not available. We rate ourselves very high in guest communication and response and unfortunately this guest was impossible to please. The apartment is brand new and exactly as per the pictures. Please see our other reviews on this property. The reviews speak for themselves and will hopefully show future guests that one individual should not detract from the effort we put into keeping all our guests happy. (as a footnote: the oven the guest spoke about was repaired within two days and management certainly did not scream at him..)
