The house is located on the peninsula, between the sea and the lagoon, in the center of Barra Velha, SC, Brazil. 550 meters from centrinho. The house has direct access to the sandy beach. - on the first floor has a balcony, parking for 2 cars, a bedroom with double bed, living room, bathroom, service area with washing machine, kitchen, access to the wooden deck that access to the beach. On the second floor has a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds), bathroom and a gourmet lounge with barbecue overlooking the beach.
