Notre villa Buen Oustaou est une villa provençale de plein-pieds, accessible par un escalier , très agréable à vivre, avec une magnifique vue mer panoramique, sans vis à vis, au milieu de pins maritimes, cyprès, au calme, à 5 mn à pieds de la plage, du port et des commerces des Issambres , de la nature avec ses chemins balisés pour marcher, courir , faire du vélo, où l'on peut avoir de magnifiques vues sur le golfe de Saint-Tropez.
Notre villa Buen-oustaou est un petit coin de paradis proche de tout, avec sa terrasse et son jardin à l'ombre des pins, sa piscine à débordement de 8 m de large, chauffée, avec vue mer panoramique.
La villa est située à l'entrée du village de bord de mer des Issambres "San Peire" au lieu dit "La Garonnette" sur la commune de Sainte Maxime.
L'accès à la villa se fait par une impasse privée très tranquille où seulement 3 villas ont accès y compris la villa Buen Oustaou. 3 voitures peuvent se garer devant la maison.
Le bord de mer et la plage la Garonnette sont accessibles à 5 minutes à pieds. Vous y trouverez 3 restaurants de plage, une école de voile avec location de catamaran, scooters des mers. Sont également proposés la pratique du ski nautique et du parachute ascensionnel.
Le port des Issambres est situé à 10 mn à pieds, des bateaux sont proposés à la location, et des navettes pour aller à Saint-Tropez .
Un supermarché est accessible à seulement 5 mn à pieds ; et tous les commerces comme la boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie, petit producteur de fruits et légumes, traiteur, journaux, banque, pharmacie, marché, sont à 1,2 km, au village des Issambres "San Peire".
La plage de Sainte-Maxime, "la Nartelle" ,est à 5 minutes en voiture et le centre de Sainte-Maxime à 7 minutes en voiture ,sans embouteillage.
Saint-Tropez est directement accessible avec les navettes des Bateaux Verts au départ du port des Issambres (10 minutes à pieds de la villa) en été toute la journée et jusqu'à minuit pour le dernier retour.
En été les navettes des Bateaux Verts au départ de Sainte-Maxime pour Saint-Tropez fonctionnent aussi toute la nuit.
