Description
Ege Villa is a luxury 3 bedroom property situated in a quite area of Yesilkent on the Aegean coast. Yesilkent means green area, so this is perfect way to have a relaxing holiday, while you are only a short Dolmus (bus) ride away from Altinkum.
Ege villa is fitted out with all the mod cons to make your holiday a enjoyable one. The kitchen is fully fitted. The lounge is furnished with 3 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs. The television is only to be used with a DVD player. The lounge leads to downstairs toilet and marble staircase.
Outside there are table and chairs, 5 sun loungers and plenty of area to sunbath around pool, or dine al fresco with built in BBQ.

We have a Turkish gentleman to tend to the pool in the morning and evening, he is also our handyman.
A welcome pack can be arranged.

In the kitchen You will find a water cooler for hot & cold water. These water bottles can be exchanged at the shop.This is much cheaper than buying bottled water from the supermarket.
If you arrange your own airport transfer we have a key safe for out of office hours, and also an internal safe.
First Floor
Master bedroom has a king size bed, with double wardrobes, bedside cabinets.Double doors open on to your own balcony, ideal for your early morning coffee.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed with a pull out bed underneath too turn into double bed and bedside cabinet. The bedroom leads onto its own balcony.
Family bathroom is fully fitted with bath/jacuzzi and shower.
Second floor
Bedroom 3 has two single beds with bedside cabinet, and also has fully fitted units for storage.
Bathroom 2 wash basin, toilet, shower, and washing machine.
The landing area leads out to a sun terrace.
All rooms have air conditioning.

The property has two patio areas one in the front and the other at the rear, so the sun lovers can follow the sun all day with a choice of 5 sunbeds, and when evening arrives ideal for outdoor dining.
The borders in the garden are filled with plants and shrubs, lemon, and lime trees.
There is a BBQ area to prepare food and cook on portable BBQ
You have your own driveway if you decide to hire a car.
The pool is only in use between May to October.
Please note that pool has not got a shallow end, and is approx 1.6 metres deep. Small children must be supervised at all times.

“Superb holiday Beautifull villa”
Beautiful clean tidy well maintained villa very well equipped ..quite location perfect for relaxation....,clean beaches beautiful views...Very friendly locals, local shops If you like the more busy lifestyle only a 10 minute journey on a very regular Dolmus .... “Absolutely brilliant villa.”
This villa is perfectly located for beaches (there are 7 of them altogether), restaurants & local market. It has every amenity & in fact we only had 2 buy daily essentials. We've never stayed anywhere like it B4 & we've been 2 Turkey 8 times now. Everything is provided. The neighbours are great & the village itself is lovely. Altinkum is a dolmus ride away. I walked around & explored by myself & was made 2 feel very welcome & felt extremely safe. The local beach is mainly Turkish, safe & clean. Despite temperatures over 40 degrees most days (well we did go in summer) Yesilkent is a lovely place 2 stay & Villa Ege is the most perfect place 2 relax & enjoy it. I cannot recommend it highly enough & Paul who owns it is knowledgeable, helpful & easy to contact. If you are thinking of booking a relaxing holiday...... This is it. Fantastic stay.
