Villa 220 m2, consisting of 1 main house for 8 pers + 1 apartment for 2 persons (1 bedroom).
4 km to the South of Aix en Provence, 900 m from the charming village of dynamic of the miles, in a residential area, at the top of a hill lined pine and olive groves in the countryside but not isolated.
My family and I are live year-round. I shaped this House to a family home. I China my furniture in isle-sur-la-Sorgue, I like the mixture of genres. Renovated with the help of an architect and a designer my house is chic, sober, contemporary and above all functional. It remains fresh in the summer.
The property is located on a plot of 3000 m2 with swimming pool, fully fenced garden with trees of Mediterranean trees.

(coffee maker Nespresso press citrus...). 1 living room with TV overlooking a terrace with garden access WIFI on all of the villa.
Bed and kit BB + possible child extra bed.
Excellent starting point for excursions, because the House is ideally located to the South of Aix at 1 km of expressways and motorways for ranges,(30mn), Marseille 525 mn), blue coast, St Rémi, Avignon... the strengths of my house: the great southern full pool... The enchanting Provence... Very near shops..., quiet... The trampoline for children... the large pots and the piano 5 lights for gourmets and gourmands... the piano for music lovers... apartment separate... The lounges in the shade of the pines... Air conditioners in the rooms... the songs of the cicadas...
