Description
* We stay in Pune and built the Devrai farm house and cottages as a get-away from the city crowd. The cottages are clean and simple and we are sure you and your family/friends would like it.
* Approved by MTDC (Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation)
* There are two cottages with queen size beds sufficient for small family.
* Attached toilet-bathrooms, electric geyser for hot water, TV with Tata Sky connection.
* Kashid/Korlai/Murud beach, Nagaon temple, Alibaug (and it's beaches), Birla Mandir are some of the nearby attractions. Kashid beach is just ~8 kms away.
* The caretaker can serve tea/breakfast/lunch/dinner (charged at actuals). As an alternative, there are hotels just across the road. In case you want to have the food at home, the caretaker can arrange the same.

Response from the owner Hi, Campfire issue: We have already taken care of the campfire issue that you mentioned. Security: Security was never a problem and we did not have a *single* incident in the past 4 years. Having said that we have taken due coginzance of your issues already and the cottage side is fully closed now. Price: We are reasonably priced as compared to any other properties in the vicinity of Kashid beach, a simple check across the properties would reveal that. The present caretaker is probably the best we have had and the food is also reasonably priced as we have explicitly instructed him to do so. Thr prices are *definitely* lesser than any restaurants nearby. Yes, it gets quite dark since this is the countryside. Although we have not heard any bad events in the past few years, it is always wise not to venture out in the dark unless it is a large group. In a way it's good since it gives a chance for our bodies to adjust our circadian rhythms and also a chance to talk peacefully with our family and friends. It feels really good to do nothing but just chat! Hope to see both of you and your kiddo again! Take care.
