This detached cottage is on the outskirts of the town of Scarborough and can sleep twenty people in eight bedrooms.Seacrest Lodge is a detached cottage on the outskirts of Scarborough just seventeen miles from Pickering. The cottage sleeps twenty people and has eight spacious bedrooms, two with an en-suite, as well as two family bathrooms. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area, a separate dining room, a sitting room, a conservatory and a sun room. Outside is ample off road parking and gardens with furniture and a hot tub. Situated in the vibrant seaside town of Scarborough, Seacrest Lodge is a lovely family holiday home to be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 8 x TVs with Freeview (one 60" plasma HD TV with DVD and surround sound), WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Ample off road parking for approximately 10 cars. Remote controlled double garage. Enclosed lawned gardens with hot tub (recently added privacy feature to hot tub) and furniture. Four well-behaved dogs welcome downstairs only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Beach 1.5 miles. Note: There are infra-red remote CCTV cameras at the property covering the property boundaries and front door. With effect from 18.10.19 - this property has a £400 Good House Keeping Bond that will be pre-authorised from your payment card

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: Popular since Victorian times, the vibrant seaside town of Scarborough retains many of its original fine buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its historic castle which overlooks the town. North Bay and South Bay provide two superb stretches of beautiful, golden sandy beaches, popular with families and small children. There are a number of child friendly activities and many excellent visitor attractions for grown-ups too, including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre for live music. Scarborough is a great location for outdoor activities, with golf courses, lovely coastal walks along the Cleveland Way, stunning cycle routes such as the old railway to Whitby, beautiful sailing and championship quality surfing. Add to this all the usual seaside entertainment and bustling promenades located close to the beach and Scarborough is the destination with something for everyone. Ideally situated for touring the coastline and the moors, Scarborough is an ideal base for a fun-filled break.
