STAY RIGHT ON THE BEACH

DIRECT VIEW OF THE OCEAN FROM EVERY ROOM:

This is a beautiful beachfront condo located in the heart of Hollywood Beach (right in between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, on the beach, next to the Western Diplomat), with direct ocean view, right on the beach (and the beach is not across the street but literally, at your doorstep!). The condo is fully furnished and fully equipped , has top of the line stainless steel appliances, is beautifully appointed and decorated. You have a view of the ocean from every room in the unit. The kitchen has been completely remodeled. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large en suite bathroom with a separate shower and toilet. There is a second bedroom with a double bed and two twin beds and a second full four piece bathroom. There is a balcony facing the ocean. I'm looking to rent it starting November 1st, 2019, for 5 months at $3500 a month and the rent is including everything: electricity, WiFi and cable TV. If rented on a month by month basis, instead of the five months, the rent is $3750 per month. Quoted prices are in USD.

The condo building is elegant and offers resort style amenities including oceanfront pool deck with private beach access, an oversize pool that has salted water and is heated, a state of the art fitness center and Jacuzzi spa, bar-b-ques, tropical garden, library, playroom with a ping pong table as well as a billiards table and more. It is located in the best possible spot in the area: it is adjacent to the Western Diplomat Hotel, near the Hallandale Beach Boulevard, across the street from the Landings, walking distance to the Boardwalk, walking distance to the Gulfstream Casino and close to shopping shopping, restaurants and entertainment. It is also only 15 minutes away from the Fort Lauderdale International Airport. Rent is $3500 per month and it includes A/C, water, electricity, wireless internet, cable TV, 24 hour security and parking. This condo is perfect for a family or friends sharing a place.

Walk to everywhere because it is close to everything you may need and it is a beautiful walk. Alternatively there is a shuttle you can take for $1 or your own car.
