Description
Villa Dome is built a few meters from the sea, located just between Gennadi and Kiotari and has been designed in total harmony with the surrounding sea environment. It is located 60 km south of Rhodes Town. It offers three floors of living space and outside area with beautiful garden, sitting area, BBQ facilities and a sea view. Air-conditioned, it sleeps up to six, is fully high quality furnished, having traditional handmade items too .
The first floor (entry level) offers a bedroom with a single bed that turns to double, kitchen with dining area, a handmade sofa and another two comfy sofas around the fireplace where another two may sleep . The kitchen is fully equipped with oven , refrigerator-freezer, dish washing machine, coffee maker and all the kitchenware needed to prepare your meals. The upper level comprises of a large bedroom with a king size bed and an antique closet. At the same level there is a bathroom with shower and WC, and a smaller bedroom with a single bed and a desk. All areas are air conditioned for the hot summer days. Both rooms have an amazing sunset view and two spacious balconies that overlook the garden. The basement of the villa is a self contained studio with a shower and WC, a single bed and a washing machine, and is quite cool during the hot days. At the backyard of the basement there is an outdoor shower and the drying loft. Guests will have access to free wifi and satellite tv. The villa is surrounded by an around 500 m2 garden mostly planted with grass, while there are several flowers, grape vines, olives, pomegranates, acacia, reed, oleander, Leyland trees, which compose an enchanting typical Mediterranean scenery. The Villa is located very close to the quiet traditional Gennadi village (1,5km), Kiotari(2km), Lindos (around 20 min) which is of archaeological interest and known of its nightlife. In addition, Prasonissi is at a distance of 20 min where visitors all over the world come to enjoy water sports and finally Pefkoi. Very close to the house there are farmacies, medical center, gas station, taverns, ATMs, supermarkets, and rental cars. The stunning pebble beach is at 300 m from the house. There you may wish to combine swimming in the its crystal clear blue water, getting a tan or having moments of relaxation under the cedar shadow.
The amazing garden and the huge outdoor areas are ideal for families with children, companies or couples. A welcome basket with Rhodian traditional stuff along with a travel guide of Rhodes, will be expecting you at your arrival at the villa!
