The Presidential Villa had a successful season last year and was fully booked in it's first year of listing, the Villa has been extensively refurbished and features a private roof terrace and open plan kitchen.
This Luxury 3 Bedroom Detached Villa with Private Pool and Jacuzzi bath, is only one of the few Villas on the resort which boast a Private Roof Terrace.
Located on El Valle Golf Resort, which is regarded as the finest Golf Resort in the Murcia Region.
The accommodation is all set on one spacious level. Featuring plush, lavish interiors with no expense sparred.
Furnished to a very high standard, the property oozes opulence and style. It is packed with the latest technology and gadgets, Bose cinema system, Samsung 3D curved 55" TV with UK & International channels, PlayStation 4. Samsung dishwasher, American fridge freezer, Samsung Washing Machine, Panasonic Microwave, Dualit Kettle and toaster.
All the beds boast Silent night memory foam mattresses and pillows. The linen is of 5 star hotel quality. The dining area features a stone dining table and 6 leather high back chairs, there is an open fire in the living room and a 'L' Shaped leather sofa. Five sets of French doors lead out onto the patio and pool area.
Sun loungers and children's toys are provided to enjoy the pool and hot tub.
The Villa is equipped with a Yale Smart Alarm Security System, if activated a siren is sounded and snapshots of intruders are taken and transmitted to the monitoring centre, please note the system is only activate when the property is empty.
The property is kept very clean due to the owners suffering from asthma and dust allergies.

“A very pleasant stay”
Our stay was originally booked for Aug 2021 but due to covid restrictions we couldn’t go. Due to a large price increase for rebooking to go same time in 2022 we had to move it to out of season. Communications with York and Joy were excellent and they both went out of their way to ensure our stay was a pleasurable one. The villa itself is lovely and modern and great for families with all facilities that you need. The beds are so comfortable!! A great bonus was beach/pool towels available, so not having to bring them taking up half your baggage allowance . As we were delayed arriving, York arranged for some essentials so that we could eat and it was more than enough and well needed after a long day. The weather was good to us but the pool was too cold to go in with it being April, which was our only downside of our stay. Would recommend this villa for anyone wanting to stay at el Valle

“Beautiful luxurious villa in a peaceful location”
Just returned from 12 nights at the presendential villa on El Valle golf resort. The place is immaculate and very well equipped with quality stuff... Everything from the massive HD tv and entertainment system to the jacuzzi and mood lights on the roof terrace! We met the owner who wanted us to have a lovely holiday and nothing was too much trouble for them. The resort is beautiful and the food and cocktails at the clubhouse very nice. We had a lovely time and would love to return again.

Response from the owner The team are very disappointed that you did not enjoy your stay at the villa and thought the Camera was intrusive and made you feel uncomfortable. We appreciate your concerns, however, if you mentioned it to Joy the villa manager on her visit, or when I visited with a bottle of wine and cakes, we would have put your mind at rest. The camera is part of the Alarm system and only works, when the alarm is triggered , it was installed by Verisure and there is a sign outside on the villa advising of the security system. The Cleaning, Linen and Admin fees are also clearly stated at the time of booking under the heading Additional Cost Payable Locally. A breakdown of the cost payable locally was emailed at the time of the booking and you were allowed 14 days to cancel the booking without incurring any charges. With reference to your comment, “no Pool table at the rear of the villa”, I think you must have misread the facilities and features section. There is mention of a swimming pool to the rear of the villa. Please accept my apologies if you were expecting a pool table. Please note you made a payment and booking for 4 guests however you have mentioned an additional 2 guests in your review. The price difference for the two additional guests was £540.00. We trusted that when you made the booking you had entered all the correct information however this was not the case.

When we entered the house my 8 year old daughter ran to hug me and said: Thanks for this house, this will be the best vacation of my life! And all with a smile that illuminated his face. Two weeks later, at the end of the holidays she told me again: "It's the ideal house". We all are 4 at home, and I can say that it is by far the most demanding of all! She has returned enchanted with the villa, wanting to repeat next year. Her 13-year-old brother, less expressive than her, insists "It's the perfect house." We really enjoyed it. Well, we've really loved everything. It fulfilled surplus with all our expectations. We are a family of 4 and each one has its own interests. The little one wanted a house with a pool. The older a house with WiFi to play with his friends, and my wife and I were looking for tranquility. And we found everything in the house. It is a spacious villa with lots of light, clean and collected, with everything you need for day to day. We really enjoyed the house relaxing in the jacuzzi and reading in the patio while the children played. Going for a quiet walk at night without getting hot, having a drink in the restaurant of the resort, which incidentally eats very well, tv in the bedrooms ... In short, the house is wonderful !. We also had the opportunity to meet the owners. A lovely family that dazzled us for their closeness and kindness. Always aware that we did not lack anything. Thank you very much York for everything. We will repeat again.
