Antica casa rurale completamente ristrutturata rispettando le caratteristiche delle tipiche locazioni dell'oasi protetta di Capo Ferrato; oltre alla casa padronale, sono presenti due silos circolari (vecchi granai), ristrutturati e adibiti a bagno e cucinotto.
La casa è composta da un luminoso soggiorno con camino, cucinino, camera da letto padronale, bagno dotato di tutti i comfort e infine soppalco con due posti letto.
All'esterno l'abitazione si compone di un'ampia veranda abitabile, con grande giardino vista mare.
La spiaggia, che dista appena 200mt, è tra le più belle ed incontaminate della zona. Vari sono i percorsi naturalistici (trekking, passeggiate a cavallo, escursioni in barca), a cui si può comodamente accedere. Ideale per chi è alla ricerca della vacanza a contatto con la natura, non solo in estate, ma in tutte le stagioni.
