We have recent purchased this excellent holiday cottage (with numerous 5 star reviews) and are delighted to continue offering it as a holiday let. This detached, luxuriously furnished modern house offers spacious facilities for up to 6 guests in comfort. Dormouse is approximately 500 metres from the stunning blue flag beaches of Sea Palling which offers an excellent family friendly sandy beach based holiday in coastal Norfolk .

This cottage was fully refurbished in 2013 to the highest standard and is now furnished with very high quality equipment . This property is fully equipped and offers Sony DVD/ BluRay and Sony large screen HDTV as well as audio equipment and WiFi throughout the property .

The sand dunes and coastline from Sea Palling to Waxham are officially designated as areas of outstanding natural Beauty and offer families a very clean and safe environment to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday . The area is popular with surfers and water sports enthusiasts as well as canoe and Kayak fisherman seeking fun in the shallow and protected waters . Sea Palling is amongst the best beaches in Norfolk and one of only three to achieve the prestigious blue flag award for cleanliness .

This property is likely to prove popular with discerning couples and families seeking luxury and style in a safe and friendly centrally located beach based area of the county of Norfolk.
