Description

Our Four Star cottages are converted farm buildings set in rural West Lancashire yet close to Liverpool, Southport and Ormskirk. Each cottage offers one bedroom in which a king sized bed or twin beds can be provided as preferred . The wet room is suitable for the less mobile having shower chair and grab rails. There is a double sofa bed in the sitting room . Although situated in farmland , we are within easy reach of many attractions . Walkers, bird watchers, sight seers , shoppers and simple relaxers will not be disappointed . We have an M1 accreditation for full wheelchair access throughout the property . There are no steps whatsoever between car park and cottage. The car park is adjacent to the cottages . Our guests who use wheelchairs have found the facilities more than suitable.

“Lovely cottage & Host”

Beautiful cottage. Had everything we needed and very central for our visit. Lynn was very welcoming and stayed up late for our arrival. Would definitely use again.

Convenient for Blackpool and Liverpool . Bus stop outside of property . Snaffles cafe opposite excellent for breakfast and New Scarisbrick Arms 5 mins. walk for fantastic evening meals.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Linda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
