La nuovissima struttura realizzata nell'anno 2015 e sita sul lungomare che da Follonica porta al Puntone di Scarlino propone appartamenti con due camere da letto con accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Ottimi i servizi offerti: wi-fi gratuito, lavanderia, TV LCD, cucina completa di forno e lavastoviglie, reception, parcheggio privato gratuito, noleggio biciclette, distributori automatici di bevande. Gli appartamenti sono tutti trilocali con una superficie che varia dai 40 ai 55 mq. e con disposizione su uno o due piani. Si compongono di una camera matrimoniale, una camera doppia, un soggiorno con divano letto e cucina attrezzata, un moderno bagno con doccia e bidet. Tutti gli appartamenti dispongono di area verde attrezzata o terrazza attrezzata e dispongono di aria condizionata.

Sehr schönes sauberes und zudem modernes Appartement. Lage direkt am Hundestrand. Für Kinder geeignet. Hunde willkommen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Anlage. Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. 5 Min vom Yachthafen entfernt.
