Newly renovated, beautiful, comfortable and modern 2br apartment with comfortable compact living room and sunlit balcony .

This lovely apartment is located on the 1st floor (not ground floor) in a quiet street of Hadar Ha Carmel neighborhood.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 living room:

Room 1: double bed

Room 2: two single beds that can be joined to a double bed

Living room: a sofa that can open to single bed

The apartment is appropriate for maximum 5 guests.

My apartment include all what you need for pleasant staying: fully furnished, kitchens equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven and stove, electric kettle, coffee machine, cutlery and dishes, Washer and dryer, iron, air conditioning in all the rooms, flat screen T.V with hundreds of channel choices (Satellite T.V) and free WI-FI Internet. At the apartment there are one toilet and 1 bathroom (shower) with sun-heated water tank/ boiler for hot water and all essentials.

The apartment has an excellent location, just near the "Carmelit" (subway train) and there is a bus stop across the street. In 2 minutes walk you can find the beautiful Memorial Garden with an amazing view of the Haifa bay (see photo above) and in a few minutes' walk you can find the main Herzl street, with: supermarket, many stores, coffee shops, street food, exchange and ATM, etc'.

The location is 10 minutes' walk from the "Madatech" Science Museum, ten minutes' walk from "Massada Street" with many cafes, pubs, restaurants, art galleries, stores and groceries open 24 hours.

Baha'i temple and gardens are within a 15 minute walk and the renewed downtown area, Wadi Nisnas neighborhood and the big Saturday flea market are all within 5- 10 minutes' walk.

You must visit them, don't miss!!

In this building there is two more newly renovated 3br apartment and 2br apartment for rent, both of them can accommodate up to 6 guests you can see it also at the site under the name "Hadar apartment" and "Oren apartment".

Parking - there is a possibility to arrange parking in a car park 4 minutes walk.

It is 12 USD per 24 hours or 90 dollars for all your staying (under 30 days).

Needs to reserve it in advance.

In the building I have a representative which available for every problem. Plus I'm available on the phone or on the Wattsapp. Since the apartment has a lock with code, no representative is required to check in, and you can arrive at any time you want .. Of course by appointment.

Was a really enjoyable stay, the apartment is modern, beautiful, and well located. Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, are well equiped and permitted an easy and comfortable stay.
