Description
Grove House, nestled in the beautiful Umbrian countryside, is the ideal place to spend your stay authentic experiences living in a farmhouse of the early '900 that still retains the charm of the tradition known all over the world. The stone house is located on a hill and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding valley. The house is on two floors and consists of: a large living room with fireplace, two kitchens, games room, four double bedrooms and four bathrooms for a total of 340 square meters. Externally there is a children's home. The house has a swimming pool, a 8,000 square meters park, car park and garage on site. There is also a BBQ and a wood stove. Grove House is located only 5 min. Marsciano, where there is a shopping center and all the necessary services. It 'a good starting point to explore many places of interest is 10 min. of Scarzuola, 15 min machine. Todi, 20 min. from Perugia, 30 min. Lake Trasimeno, 30 min. Assisi and 1 hour 30 min. from Rome. The international airport Saint Francis of Assisi is located 30 minutes by car. In the vicinity of Grove House it is within walking distance a lake (Lago Cesare), for guests, where you can practice water activities. In any season, it is possible with the available canoes for guests, sail around the small lake and observe the lush flora. Small beaches, from which to draw beneficial clay to the skin.
