Small detached apartment, 60 sq. m., fully furnished, recently refurbished. Smart TV , Netflix is included. Located in the old town of Casale Monferrato, near the Public Park. Optional bike shelter in adjacent room. Free bikes available for excursions.

The apartment is located in the old town of Casale, facing Palazzo Mellana (16th century), 100 m from Palazzo Tornielli (15th century), 200 m from the Public Park with centuries-old horse chestnut trees and the monument to Bistolfi, and 500 m from the ruins of the 16th-century citadel.

The coach station is at 300 m, the railway station can be easily reached with a 10 minute walk across the park. Bikes are recommended for excursions in the surroundings. The apartment is on the ground floor, and therefore ideal for night storage of any bikes.
