Tem roupas de cama, mesa e banho, eletrodomésticos, louças, panelas, etc. Possui no 1o. piso: 3 janelões em que é possível ver um belo bosque e parte do Vale do Quilombo, 1 sala de estar com 1 lareira, 1 sala de jantar, cozinha americana, banheiro social completo, 1 quarto de casal com roupeiro, 01 fogão elétrico, 01 sofá-cama, geladeira, microondas, sanduicheira, liquidificador, TV, DVD. No 2º piso, tem um mezanino onde se encontram 2 camas de solteiro e no final do mezanino, 01 suíte em estilo serrano com teto inclinado, rebaixado. Ou seja, ele tem tudo o que uma casa normal tem.
