Description

This modern apartment is situated in De Waterkant, one of Cape Town’s most trendy neighbourhoods in the city's Waterfront precinct. The apartment has a breathtaking view of Table Mountain and is minutes away from the city center, V&A Waterfront shopping district and the Sea Point promenade.

The apartment is modern and elegantly furnished in a secure apartment building with secure parking and a 24-hour reception. The apartment is bright and easily accommodates two people. There is a single bedroom, bathroom and an open-plan kitchen and lounge.There is uncapped WiFi and there is a 50" television with DVD and DSTV television package. The kitchen is well designed and well equipped. Is always possible to access the Gym inside the building.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, the uncapped WiFi, DSTV television package and the resident secure parking bays.

The apartment is in walking distance of the city center and the Cape Quarter shopping district with its famous stores, restaurants, yoga studios, cross training gyms and a fencing salle. A short drive away is the Green Point Urban Park, the V&A Waterfront shopping district and the famous Sea Point promenade which hosts art and all sorts of outdoor fitness activities.

The Cape Town Stadium is close by and often hosts international sports and music events. Magnificently designed,, it nestles in the Green Point suburb, adding vibrancy to the area but never overpowering. A sophisticated city transport system means that fans at the stadium are quickly transported in and out of the area without clogging the streets.

The University of Cape Town Graduate School of business is located nearby and is one of the finest business schools in the world. The area surrounding the apartment, at just 5 minutes walk, is also home to CTCC (Cape Town Conference Center) the Cape Town headquarters of Deloitte and various banks and investment firms.

Overlooking the neighbourhood is the majestic Table Mountain and the cable car to its world-famous flat summit is a short drive away. The apartment is also near the national highway which takes people from the city to the renowned Cape Winelands less than an hour away.

The apartment is within walking distance of the Green Point main road and the city's bus transport system. There is a well established Uber culture in Cape Town and an Uber is always just a couple of minutes away. There are also the major car rental company with five minutes walk of the apartment and Europecar is just downstair.
