Description
The apartment "Francescana II" is a spacious and elegant accommodation on the second floor of a wing of the old manor house owned for generations, the Vagni family. The living room, spacious, bright and welcoming, is furnished with a table, chairs, couch, wooden armchairs, stylish furniture and has a large fireplace. Complete the apartment kitchen, a pantry, a corridor, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The apartment benefits from a very large garden, shared with the Franciscan The apartment located on the lower floor, with tables, chairs and barbecue.
The Franciscan II is included in the complex of the farm Goddess whose apartments are all independent of each other and have a garden or green space; share a large swimming pool (8x18 m) and sunny, surrounded by a terrace paved in terracotta and equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, tables and chairs. Adjacent to the pool is a wooden dressing room. In the surrounding lawn are available some games for children and a ping-pong table. The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September.
The farmhouse is surrounded by the family Goddess where is produced extra virgin olive oil and wheat, a large area is destined to the forest and a part is lawn.
The Farm Goddess is located along the slopes of the hill dominated by the Giomici Castle, owned by a branch of the Vagni family. The castle, of medieval times, was, along with the Castle and Biscina to Petroia and designed for the control of the Chiascio River Valley which flows in the valley below.
The area offers many leisure options: artistic goals (Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia, Spello, Montefalco, Bevagna, Todi, Fabriano, Urbino, ...), outdoor activities (hiking, caving, hang gliding, canyoning), sports (horse riding, tennis), local handicrafts (pottery, wrought iron, ...), tasting of local products (oil, wine, meats, cheeses, vegetables, ...).
The love that we have for this land owners will be sent to those who wish to visit.
