Appartamento a 80 metri dalla spiaggia del Poetto cosi composto:

ampio soggiorno -pranzo con divano letto(1 posto(, camera da letto matrimoniale climatizzata, camera a due letti climatizzata , cucina abitabile ed accessoriata( frigo-cucina con forno a gas-microonde-tostino- lavatrice)- bagno (vasca con doccia - bidet -wc- lavabo) due verande di cui una con vista al mare.

L'abitazione è dotata di stoviglie( pentole, piatti, posate ecc) ferro ed asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, ventilatori portatili

Su richiesta viene fornita biancheria da letto e bagno.

L'appartamento è al primo piano di un edificio residenziale.

La fermata dell'autobus che collega in dieci minuti il centro città e il resto della spiaggia, lunga 6 km,è a meno di 20 metri dall'ingresso dell'edificio

A cento metri piccoli stabilimenti con chioschi-bar dove possono consumarsi pasti e noleggiare ombrelloni e sdraio durante la stagione estiva

Il vicinissimo lungomare, pedonale e ciclabile ,rende la zona ideale per il

footing, jogging e distensive passeggiate in bicicletta in tutte le stagioni .

La sera,durante i caldi mesi estivi,il lungomare è luogo ideale per godere della piacevole e fresca brezza marina in uno dei tanti "baretti"o passeggiare sino a tarda notte.

Farmacia, pizzerie, ristoranti e market a si trovano circa 200 metri e nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento

Discoteche a breve distanza e lungo il litorale.

I consumi di acqua, gas ed energia elettrica (entro i 50Kw settimanali) sono inclusi nella tariffa.

“The appartment is very close tot the beach, and big for a family.”

We stayed at Elisabettas' appartment because it was very xlose to the Poetto beach. The flat is big, with two terraces, and a big kitchen. We like it very much. If we yould go ince more to Cagliari we would choose it once more.
