Watch a movie on the 40-inch flat screen and enjoy the surround sound. Spacious bedrooms with new queen-size Englander beds, down comforters, and Egyptian sheets offering guests a comfortable nights sleep. Getting around

Walking and biking are easy to cover all of town. Supplies can be purchased from Safeway in town or Costco (a 15 minute drive north).

Interaction with guest

We live in the Portland area, however check on our homes weekly. We are frequently in Seaside and we are always available daily to respond to any questions. We want each guest to have a clean and fully stocked home, so let us know if there is anything you need during your stay and we can usually bring it by within hours of the request.

House rules

Guests need to be at least 24 years of age to reserve home. Only registered guests allowed on premises during the reservation dates. Up to two dogs per stay (house trained/no puppies) and there is an additional dog fee. Quiet neighborhood location and we expect our guests to honor the quiet, especially after 10pm when most of our neighbors have turned in for the night. Smoking not permitted inside the home.

How do damage deposits work?
